We are pleased to share an important milestone in the history of Voltage Multipliers Inc. The company has transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This step ensures continuity, long-term stability, and a future where every employee has a direct stake in the success of VMI.

- Our management team, structure, processes, employees, and location remain unchanged.
- Dennis Kemp, who has successfully led VMI as President and Owner, has transitioned ownership and will continue to serve on our Board of Directors.
- I, Jorge Mejia, have assumed the role of President.
- Mike Ranieri has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- Derek Onstott has been appointed Chief Technical Officer (CTO).
Together, Mike, Derek, and I bring over 60 years of combined experience at VMI, ensuring strong leadership, continuity, and stability for the future.
